Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of your commission without refund, and/or refusal of future services.

1. Payment

• Payments are accepted only via PayPal.
• I work in Dollars, but will accept any currency as payment, as long as the conversion is right.
• A minimum of 40% upfront payment is required before I begin your commission. The remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion of the artwork.
• Work will not proceed beyond the sketch phase without proof of initial payment.
• All payments are final and non-refundable except under conditions outlined in section 3: Refunds and Deadlines.

2. Deadlines and Delivery

• Most commissions are completed within 1–7 business days, starting the moment I start working on them.
• I will send as many WIPs/updates as possible, but if needed, you can ask for more!
• If any alterations are needed, you shall ask me and I'll try my best to follow them!- But if it requires a price change, you'll have to pay upfront.
• If unforeseen circumstances delay your commission, I will notify you and discuss a revised timeline.
• If a deadline cannot be met, you may request a partial or full refund, or agree to an extended deadline.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

• Full refunds are only issued if I am unable to complete your commission for any reason.
• If you cancel after work has begun, refunds will be calculated based on the progress made (e.g., sketches, line art).
• No refunds will be given after the final piece is delivered.

4. Usage and Licensing

• Commissions are for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• If the artwork is intended for commercial use, you must disclose this at the time of the request, and additional fees will apply. (+120% of base price, at least.)
• I retain all copyrights to the artwork, including the right to post it in my portfolio, social media, and promotional materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

5. Client Conduct

• Clients must remain respectful and patient throughout the commission process. Rude or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Do not rush me. Quality work takes time, and I will complete your piece as efficiently as possible while maintaining high standards.
• Clients are strictly prohibited from using my artwork with generative AI ("genAI") tools or platforms for training, fine-tuning, or otherwise deriving works. This restriction applies during and after the commission process, including after payment and delivery. No part of my artwork may be used in datasets, models, or systems intended for generative AI. Violations will result in blacklisting from future commissions and loss of any right to refunds.
• Any form of harassment will result in the cancellation of your commission without refund.

6. Artistic Rights

• I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason, disclosed or undisclosed.
• I will not create art depicting hateful, harmful, or offensive content.

7. Agreement

By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full. These terms are subject to change without notice for future commissions.

If you do not follow any part of these terms you agreed to, you forfeit the right to a refund.
